The Regina Story

On  white pastures did we, in ancient time,

Tread on  mountains of diamond whites and sapphire skies?

Was it the Son of God

Who led us to dream of such a pleasant pastoral scene?

Was it the One on high

Who inspired us to first bring indoors a tree of green?

Trimmed and tinseled with presents laid below-

A tradition we in modern times now know,

Where did the first Christmas tree glow?

Here, with lowered head and bended knee,

We ask You to lead us to the peace and light,

Somewhere in the stars shining bright.
