SHIPPING POLICY

All in stock orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders ship via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

Expedited shipping is available on request within reason. We strive to meet the needs of our valued customers and will do our best to accommodate all special requests.

For any items that are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date and in most cases will ship all in-stock items as ready. If partial shipping is not acceptable, please let us know in the comments.

PICK-UP POLICY

Online orders are available for pickup at Salutations Home for no additional fee. Pick-up orders are available Monday thru Saturday from 11 AM - 5 PM. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your pick-up order.
